is it ok to mix these vitamin supplements by source natural?

Hi – I was searching for some specific vitamin formulas related with men prostate health and semen & reproductive system of men – i found two of source natural supplements have the maximum herbs and vitamins i was looking for so is it save to mix these supplements – can i take both supplements at once or lower the dose – these are the two source natural supplements

Nah, don’t take them both – The male response formula is more to help you get it up (which I would doubt) than to help with prostate health or semen content….I would just take the multiple – if you are gonna insist you need both then take then on alternating days. If you took them both you would end up with too much of some nutrients
